Table analysis:

(1) vernier calipers of 10 degrees. The distance between two adjacent scales on the vernier is 0.9mm, which is 0.1mm less than the distance between two adjacent scales on the main ruler. When reading, first read the number of centimeters and millimeters from the main ruler, and then read the value of 0.1mm bit with the cursor: the first line of the cursor is aligned with a line on the main ruler, and the number of 0.1mm bit is read (not read). Its reading is accurate to 0.1mm.

(2) vernier calipers of 20 degrees. The distance between two adjacent scales on the vernier is 0.95mm, which is 0.05mm smaller than the distance between two adjacent scales on the main ruler. When reading, first read the number of centimeters and millimeters from the main ruler, and then read the value below the millimeter with the cursor: the number of lines on the cursor is aligned with a line on the main ruler, the number below the millimeter reading is 0.05mm. The reading is accurate to 0.05mm.

(3) vernier calipers of 50 degrees. The distance between two adjacent scales on the vernier is 0.98mm, 0.02mm less than the distance between two adjacent scales on the main ruler. The scale of the caliper is special. The scale on the vernier is the reading below the millimeter. The calipers can be accurate to 0.02mm. The diameter of the cylinder measured in the figure is 2.250cm.
